1. RETURN DEADLINES

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we will no longer accept returns for any items.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

All returns are subject to verification. The product(s) must be returned in the same condition as received, meaning:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact.
  • No signs of use, stains, or odors.
  • Items must include any accessories or additional pieces that came with the product.

If any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return or issue a partial refund based on the state of the returned item(s).

3. RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, please send us an email with your order number and product details to info@aerd.com. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Returns may have associated costs depending on the country from which the return is made. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. REFUND PROCESS

The verification process may take up to 15 business days from the date we receive the return package.

The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Once processed, please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.

5. PROCESSING TIME

While we strive to process returns quickly, the full refund process can take up to 15 business days from the day we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

6. EXCLUSIONS

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Final sale items.
  • Customized products.
  • Gift cards.

7. EXCHANGES

We do accept direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please visit our returns portal, enter your order details, and follow the instructions to select the item you wish to exchange. Once the exchange is processed, the new item will be shipped to you.
