Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated at checkout. All prices include VAT. Within the EU there is nothing to pay on delivery.

The Netherlands, 26 other countries in the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden), and the United Kingdom.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched from Amsterdam. Netherlands: 2 to 5 working days. Rest of the EU: 5 to 10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays.

These are estimates and they start the day after dispatch. If something is going to take longer, we tell you. We deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest. If we cannot, you can set a reasonable extended date, and if we miss that too you can cancel the order and get your money back.

Duties and taxes

Every order ships from inside the EU. For EU addresses there are no customs charges or import duties on top of what you pay at checkout. For United Kingdom addresses, import duties and charges are payable on delivery.

If something goes wrong

The order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you or to someone you have nominated. If a parcel is late or looks lost, email info@aerd.nl with your order number and we will trace it.

Wrong address? Tell us as soon as you can. Once a parcel has left, we cannot always redirect it.
