How it works
- Request your return via the form below, including your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason.
- We'll send you the return instructions and return address.
- Pack the item unworn and in its original packaging, and send it to the address provided.
- Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process your exchange or refund.
Conditions
- You have 30 days from delivery to decide.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged — with tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Returns sent back without an approved return request can't always be processed, so please always request your return first.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. If something went wrong on our end (wrong or damaged item), we'll cover the return costs. If you withdraw from your entire order within the statutory cooling-off period, we'll also refund the standard shipping cost of your original order.
Prefer an exchange or store credit
Need a different size or colour? An exchange or store credit is often the quickest option. Let us know when you submit your return request and we'll check whether we can reserve it for you right away.
